We got about 8 inches of snow (that’s my guess) & it was beautiful. Maybe I would have felt different if we would still be without electric like some people.
That is my last rose of summer.
Sunday night the youth group invited us to their barn party just for fun. Had lots of good laughs. I really miss hanging out with them. Made me realize again what a great youth group we have. We really do love those kids.

I took pictures of all the beautiful flowers that were sent to us when Mom died. We got 4. Thought you might enjoy seeing them. It’s hard to believe it’s almost a month that she’s gone already.

The grandchildren were planning to come spend the day with me because they are out of electric since Sat. lunch but 1 of them is sick so Amanda decided it better to stay home rather then drag the bug here. I’m disappointed I was looking forward to seeing them.

The snow was so beautiful with the leaves still on the trees, but I know it made it more dangerous that way, too!
